Oh Yeah... I'm still in School!

Today is dedicated to homework, and truthfully, in the next few weeks I am going to have to dedicate as much of my time as possible to school, in order to catch up and be ready for final exams, and graduation on May 12th. It is very hard to stay on task and not get distracted (see this blog post), but I will try my hardest. I have two term papers to write, one for each of my classes. The topics are Operating Systems and Computer Architecture - both quite boring classes, which make for boring term papers. Thankfully, both of the classes are not incredibly serious about the term paper - I know that one of my professors does not even read the paper unless it will make a difference in a student's letter grade for the class. Beyond the term papers I will have to do a lot of reading in the coming weeks to learn all of the things that I missed by either not going to lectures, or by completely ignoring the professor while in class, wish me luck.

My current non-school project is a review of Yahoo's "new" search marketing service - I signed up for it and spent the initial $5 to take advantage of their free $50 credit offer - and I plan to write a review that compares their service to Google's adwords, which I reviewed a few weeks ago. The difference this time is that I am using the Yahoo service to display ads for my blog - not entirely traditional, but we'll see how it works out. Look for that review in the next few weeks, hopefully school doesn't get in the way too much.

In the spirit of more traditional blog promotion, I submitted my blog to 25 Peeps a while back, when I was trying anything and everything as promotion, and I was finally added to the front page last night. So, if you would like to help me promote my blog, visit the site, and click on my picture! (if you don't know what I look like, check out the "About" section of this site). Thanks!
